Submission: Ban Plastic Bags!

Tēnā koutou katoa

This is important! You would have heard the news that the government is considering phasing out single-use plastic shopping bags. It's important to leave the planet intact for future generations. Please make a submission on the government's proposal. It only takes a couple of minutes. You can use our form below to make a submission. The full submission form can be found here and you can read the Ministry's consultation document here. The full Para Kore submission can be found here

Submissions close at 5.00 pm on Friday 14 September 2018. Please encourage your whānau and friends to submit. Yes, we want single-use plastic shopping bags gone. But we want a lot more than that. We want a container deposit scheme, we want an end to all plastic, we want closed loops and we want a circular economy. Kia kaha tātou!

Ngā mihi nui - Thanks heaps!
