Reclaim menstrual mātauranga. Reconnect with the traditional Māori worldview of ikura (menstruation). Explore its whakapapa, sacredness, and connection to atua wāhine. Support whānau to reclaim and normalise conversations and practices around ikura. Participants receive a reusable ikura starter pack.
